The Business Development/Sales position will serve as the initial liaison between clients and GenR Media. This position is responsible for attracting new clients as well as fostering existing client relationships. This individual will work with clients on determining key strategies, identifying areas of potential growth, and also developing projects to reach these goals. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a proven ability to ensure customer satisfaction. This position reports directly to the President of GenR Media.
Experience with the pharmaceutical industry, medical community, or digital media preferred.

GenR is seeking a Project Manager to interface with clients and work directly with GenR internal groups to develop projects from inception through execution. GenR internal groups include programmers, designers, writers, and editors. The Project Manager leads proposal efforts, including project scope and budget assessments; creates and executes project work plans and revises, as appropriate, to meet changing requirements; manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project; reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing on to client; develops lasting client relationships and continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction; and suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
Experience in digital marketing (including websites, DVDs, videos, and apps) and/or pharmaceutical industry preferred.

GenR Media is seeking an experienced and creative designer to work alongside a smart and dedicated team of designers, programmers, and project managers. Candidates should have at least 3 years of professional experience working with digital as well as print design. The applicant should possess advanced level knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, general website design, and interactive design, including CD-ROM and program menus. Excellent understanding of web usability and interface design a must. Knowledge of Flash is not necessary but a definite plus.

GenR Media’s CSS Developer is expected to have a passion for technology, extensive XHTML/CSS development experience, and the ability to get up to speed quickly. Skills must include the following: strong working knowledge of Photoshop with the ability to parse comps from the design team; strong XHTML skills, including knowledge of how to use appropriate hooks in XHTML to limit the amount of classes and IDs required on a page; deep understanding of CSS inheritance and how to use it to your advantage; a good ideology for managing maintainable, scalable, and cross-browser code across large sites; and familiarity with source control principles.

Andrew Stanger has worked in medical education since 1999, specializing in content delivery through digital media to increase reach and improve healthcare outcomes. Andy helped found GenR in 2009.
Andy has developed successful programs in various therapeutic areas including dry eye, glaucoma, fungal disease, cardiovascular, respiratory, rheumatoid arthritis, oncology, women’s health and hepatitis. Andy’s experience spans the management and implementation of programs in both the continuing medical education and promotional arenas including satellite symposia, consultant meetings, advisory boards, investigator meetings, CD-ROMs/DVDs, supplements, slide kits, mobile apps, and web-based programs. Andy graduated from Rutgers University with a BS in Marketing and a BA in Psychology and received his MBA in Marketing from Zicklin School of Business, CUNY.
